Ingredients

  • 2 large eggs
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup self raising flour
  • 250 g melted butter

Instructions

  • Mix up to a thin liquid batter
  • Drop onto a lightly-buttered, hot frying pan.
  • Tilt the pan to spread the batter over the cooking surface
  • Let it cook to a golden hue
